"The room was clean. The sink in bathroom was slow to drain. They ironing board had very little padding. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The hallways and hotel entrance smelled heavily of Marijuana."

"The staff were all great. Nicole at the front desk is kind, knowledgeable, reassuring and the hotels biggest asset. The guys on the first floor were amazing and friendly. They remembered us everytime we walked back in. Fantastic experience and great for families. The location was nice for getting to the noma metro station and many restaurants within a ten minute walk."

"This small, reasonably priced, well-located hotel is incredibly clean, the rooms are quiet (although the air conditioner does make sound when it goes on and off), the staff is very helpful and there is a great bar/restaurant attached. It's two blocks away from Union Station and besides its own restaurant, there are several others within a 10 minute walking radius. The downside for us is that there isn't a coffee maker in the room. There are two machines for everyone's use on the 2nd floor, but...

"My husband and I spent five days in Washington DC to celebrate America’s 250th birthday. This hotel was absolutely perfect for our purpose. The rooms were clean and modern and the rooftop event they had the evening of the Fourth of July was a lot fun. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is only half a mile from the Washington monument. Loved the location!"

"This was the first time I used this hotel. It was in a nice area and close to some of the sites I wanted to see. I could walk easily to restaurants and public transportation. The staff in the hotel and at breakfast were very helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was in good condition. It was noticeable that my room was cleaned every day. It made me want to leave a tip."

"The lobby and bar/restaurant was extremely hot. Rooms were ok but we literally had about 18 inches to squeeze into the shower. Shower door was blocked by part of the shower wall and did not open out. No way a large person could fit. We are small/medium size people and had to go in sideways. Never saw something like it!"

From the safety of the area we walked 25 minutes to the national mall very safe very convenient perfect for sightseeing and access to restaurants,transportation and the many treasures our beautiful capitol has to offer. The staff from the valet,front desk,restaurant and everything exceeded our expectations. Your employees are working hard and doing a great job Marriot!"
