I’d upload pictures if I could but this is just a very unclean and possibly unsafe hotel. I had people sitting in the stairs outside near my room at 3-4am. People dragging bags of what sounded like aluminum cans, and bugs (roaches) in the room. There are holes punched in the drywall unrepaired and the shower handle practically came out of the wall. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were very nice though.

Main desk staff was super friendly. We arrived almost at midnight and as a female I felt a bit uneasy seeing a drunk older man in a bench in same block as hotel. Lots of landscape workers trailers and some of them hanging out in the hallway. Room was dirty and I even spotted a roach. Super uncomfortable to sleep under those nasty conditions.

This was easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check in was very easy, the front desk clerk was very nice. After spending all day at the beach, we just wanted to get a shower and go to bed. We walked into our room, and noticed the flooring was disintegrating in large areas (vinyl/linoleum, clearly not the best choice for a hotel room). The fixtures were damaged, bed hard as a rock, etc. But when the shower didn’t turn on (loose shower handle), I called to the desk to get a new room. Alexa was very accommodating and really the only reason we didn’t demand a refund and go elsewhere. We were moved to a smaller room but were refunded the difference. New room in similar condition, but at this point I didn’t even care. I showered and went to bed. Woke up at 8am to someone banging on my neighbor’s door. Then a screaming match between a woman and the property manager. She wasn’t a guest so no idea why she was banging on the door, but even more so the yelling between the two was utterly insane. Call the cops, pretty simple. Bottom line, be aware. I feel bad for that nice girl at the desk last night because I’m sure she puts up with way more than she is paid for!

Bathroom in need of updating. Ceiling was patched in main room. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so not a big deal. I thought the room was pricey for what we got.

The first room they gave us there was bugs in the tub and the toliet didnt even work. Then they switched us to another room where the bathroom door was all jacked up and hard to close. Then when checking out they could not find my name any where and had someone elses name on the room we were in but never found my name on any of the rooms. Horrible place to stay

The location is convenient to restaurants and I-75. The neighborhood is sketchy. The lobby doors are locked at night so you talk to the staff thru a glass barricade. Staff said it was because to prevent robbery of their cash. But the room door was a residential style digital combination lock which is insecure if someone observes the entry of the numbers. Inside the room the screws holding swing bar door guard had been torn out so it wasn’t functional. During the night there were two large noisy domestic disputes. The facility seemed to be providing some long term housing to some individuals as well as short term stays for travelers. The carpet in the room was worn with the carpet/tile transition covered with duct tape.

Liked absolutely nothing on property approximately 20 minutes could not stay in this hot mess. They also charged my cc for the entire 7 day booking trying for the past 3 days to get it resolved yet no result. No call backs asked to speak to owner and was told could not. I wenr directly to Wyndham Corp to resolve and they were good to lidten hear and react to resolve. Still have the tool to call my cc and dispute but wanted the people responsible to fix the problem. Highly not recommended. Went to Days Inn on first street and they were wonderful.

We checked in and checked out five minutes later. A very low bar here… The room was uninhabitable. The bathroom ceiling was not there and exposed, the walls were dirty, paint chips, not enough space.

Rude attitude and unusable room!!
We checked in to a room that did not have a working toilet that could be flushed and had the water shut off to it. At 100:00 pm am we were told they didn't have another room to give us and we could leave to find another hotel. At 10:00 on a huge race weekend at Bradenton motorsports park you are not going to find another room. I booked my room 3 months in advance and was given a room that was tore apart to be remodeled no pictures, no headboards, pillows were old and lumpy and the mattress was hard as a rock. We had to turn on the toilet water valve and flush the toilet by reaching into the scummy tank and lift the bottom flap to flush and them hand reseal it to the bottom. I was told I was going to get a minimal refund for my room for my troubles/ I never received/and explained to me is was getting a small refund because I got a cheaper rate though Hotel.com. This room should have never been rented. They knew the toilet didn't work because the valve was shut. I spoke with the manager, she was very rude to me and said there is nothing she would do but she would be glad to cancel my Feb. 29 2024 3 day stay. I believe the web clients are given the worst rooms this hotel has because the cheaper rate. I would like a refund for first night of the stay because the room would not have passed health department codes. Originally, all I wanted was for her to guaranty that my next reservation would be in a clean room with a working toilet. She said she couldn't do that.

Mini fridge looked like body parts were stored in it. I killed 7 large bugs on floor and in the bathroom when we went in. AC only worked for first 30 minutes. Tub shower was dirty and broken as was the drain on the sink. I have pictures if you want with brown stuff splattered all over the front. Most disgusting place I have ever stayed at

Hotel is old and in desperate need of care. The lock on my room door did not work so staff needed to let me in every time. Air condition did not cool well. Light in bathroom was out. I reported all issues and was told it would take days if not weeks to repair. The staff was very nice and honest about the situation but it was still an inconvenience.

We had prepaid and there were no bedbugs, so we stayed here. Never again. Aside from the general poor maintenance (burned out light bulbs, sink didn't drain well, rusty hinges, cracks in the wall), our neighbours threw their bedding and towels onto the catwalk and they stayed there for 3 days. There was a shopping cart filled with garbage at the bottom of the stairs and it also stayed there for 3 days. Really poorly managed / maintained property. I would not recommend it.

Front door lock was broke. Bed sheets filthy and not washed. Shower ceiling falling doen . Stains in toband shower. Toilet broken. We left and want a refund. Totally unacceptable. We could not stay at this disgusting place

We had German roaches in our room. We also had to fix the toilet so it would flush right. The lamp was broken. Did I say there were German roaches in the room? That is so disgusting! This is definitely not a family friendly place as there were people hanging around outside and I’m pretty sure some of them were getting paid for their services. If you have kids, please stay somewhere else. The best part about this stay was leaving the next day.

Liked it being close to Bradenton motorsports and i95 DID NOT like the transactions being completed at check in between two people behind the counter. One dressed as street worker walked up and asked for 40dollars. And the other staff member paid. Breakfast area not clean and food not fresh even though we left the room at 7
