Homestay tại Quận Braintree

"This property had received a terrible review about two weeks before our planned stay. We had booked in November and the one review was good then. I finally heard from the owner at 10 am on the morning of our stay with directions and key code. Communication was by WhatsApp not email. We arrived and the parking was on the street around the corner. When we arrived the heat was not working but the owner arrived quickly to rectify that. WIFI only worked on the second floor. Very basic ammenities....

"Our stay was fantastic and the communication between the owner was smooth. Caravan was clean and lots of quality utensils and cooking pots, i cant fault it at all. I will strongly recommend this host."

"Kettle did not work only half the toaster worked the shower was So slippy I fall Over in the shower and the biggest issue we booked and paid host across had car parked That made Getting into the carport rather hard For 11’days host system showed 10days so we go Kicked out a day early and had to get hotel rooms For Last night"

"The property has a bad smell, the curtains were broken , old bed mattresses not comfortable "
