"There was no WIFI for the 2 days and somebody was already in my room when I was given my keys! Walking into a lady getting dressed was awful for her. The pool changing room was dirty and the general feel was poor. Nobody was prepared to respond to my email either. Poor. Avoid."

"Although it mentions an airport shuttle bus, this is not strictly true. There is a local bus (number 703) that is really easy. The bus stop is in the main airport bus station area & takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel (the bus stop is just past the hotel entrance & is on the opposite side of the road for returning to the airport). The restaurant & bar area were reasonably staffed. The help yourself buffet breakfast had all the basics (toast, cereals, croissants, yoghurt, fruit & cooked options) to set you up for the day. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable."

"Really attentive staff at the bar a big thank you to Jack for serving us on Friday. Mixed reviews on the room, one couple moved because of noisy guests my upgrade given to another member of our group so that was annoying and only one charger working so not able to charge our car. Other guests being disrespectful to the adjoining property smoking out of the window ! Bed really comfy abc a fabulous shower and lovely toiletries. Bill needs to be a bit clearer as it’s not obvious what you have purchased. Most of my issues was other guests which isn’t the hotels fault - just my upgrade should be given to me. We will stay again but prefer the main house as long as the window isn’t left open as I can’t reach it to close. "
