"The room was dirty when i checked in. The TV didnt work. The snack bar in lobby looks like it hasnt been stocked in months."

"Beautiful property on the lake. Check in was slow and they were behind schedule, which was frustrating. However, they gave us free breakfast vouchers, which helped. The restaurant was great, we ended up eating there twice. It’s also one of the only waterfront places to eat, as most of downtown isn’t waterfront. It’s a quick walk to downtown, but it’s hilly at points. It was nice to relax by the lake and watch the sunset, and enjoy the firepits at night. There’s a cute ice cream place next door....

"I arrived a day late then my check in date I arrived in my room with a terrible smell and the room a mess and dirty, the beds were stained and messed up, the bathrooms were dirty, the trash was full and with a strange smell in the room. If I had arrived early then I wouldn’t have an issue because I didn’t give them the proper time to clean the room. "We enjoyed our stay at the Longhouse Manor. Our room, common spaces and pool were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings of fresh fruit, eggs and protein each day. The innkeeper was very nice. The only misgiving was the toilet, which was displaced from the floor and the tile was cracked. While everything was fully functional, a shifting toilet is the last thing one would and should expect while taking care of business."

"The entire staff was very polite and kind. Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay."

"Breakfast was ok. Same choices pretty much every day. Housekeeping was horrendous. Never once mopped the floors or vacuumed. Had to ask for everything, didn't replace coffee or cups or make-up remover. Half way made the bed. Had to ask front desk for replacements and even they ran out of coffee. Pool was out of order. This was a disappointing five night stay. Couldn't get in our room the second day because the front desk had us checked out after one night although we had a five night...
