We did not enter and had to go back to the front desk; an employee checked the room and then gave us the key. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there were not enough towels or basic toiletries for the...

"The moment I walked into my room the beds looked like someone JUST got up, a water bottle was on the floor and the bathroom floor was wet, as if someone JUST got out of the shower. A bug was in the bathtub as well as dead ones all around the room. I called the front desk in hopes of a room change, I was told they’re sold out and couldn’t move, they asked if I wanted fresh sheets? I said, yes. I was brought fresh sheets for me to change & make the bed, I was there Friday check in until Sunday...

"The best part of the location of this was the convenience of the hotel to the downtown area. The first night after driving 8 hrs was interrupted by a fire alarm that was triggered by steam from the shower in another room at 2 am in the morning. Guests were forced to leave our rooms and stand outside in the rain until the fire department gave an all clear to re-enter the hotel. The pool and fitness area was closed due to renovations. Non of these was reflected on the website and was very...
