"Great place to stay, right off the freeway"

"We loved our stay at Royal River Casino. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfy, the food was delicious and the hot tub so relaxing!! The casino was good to us as well. Oh and the gift shop, nice, we made a purchase from there, overall, we are happy we got to stay at a decent place for our business trip here. We will be back, for sure. And Royal River Casino is our choice!!"

"Took 20 mins for anyone to get to front desk to get us checked in. Then after going to room found out pool was closed, no working laundry, and no ice. Bathroom had hair all over and there was trash and pieces of plastic or something on floor clearly not vacuumed. Chatted with expedia rep and they tried to call hotel asking for refund and got no answer. We slept as it was a long day of travel got up to eat breakfast and they didnt have anything there except a couple apples. Very upset with...

"We ended up cancelling our reservations and finding another hotel in town. The property did not match the pictures. We pulled up and by the look of the outside, we didn't even need to go inside. There were no other cars there and we could see why."
