"Absolutely LOVED our stay. Everything was perfect. We even got upgraded! Room was lovely and clean with a pretty view from the 1st floor (2nd floor in North America). Location was excellent. Our favourite staff was Benedict at the front desk- she was so lovely and friendly. She was a joy to see at ..."

"Après avoir attendu de longues minutes que le réceptionniste termine sa conversation privée, il eut été souhaitable qu'il saluât et qu'il s'excusât, ce qui ne fut pas le cas. Au demeurant l'hôtel est correct pour un deux étoiles."
