Never again!

The hotel is falling to pieces and needs urgent refurbishing. My toilet didn´t flush, I had practically no hot water, the lighting in the room is awful, the carpets in the corridors are disgusting, the sink was filthy, the TV offered no sports channels, no films and only bizzare religious channels plus some right wing extremist channels. First hotel in my life without CNN !!! You obviously don't give a damn about your clients.

O quarto estava bem limpo, mas tivemos um problema somente com a descarga que, quando acionada, ficava fazendo barulho por algum tempo. O café da manhã era bem gostoso. Faltou somente uma tapioca ou omelete feita na hora. Ótima localização.

Hotel muito bem localizado e só. Mal conservado, com muitas infiltrações, mal cheiro pelos corredores, estrutura bastante deficiente.

Informado que pagamento seria no ato do check-in, o que não ocorreu e quase perdi a reserva. Conservação do hotel bastante comprometida; chuveiro em péssimo estado de conservação; vazamento embaixo da pia (abria torneira e vazava água). Apesar de estar próximo ao shopping (boa localização), a experiência ficou bem comprometida.

TERRÍVEL HOSPEDAGEM

Da noite de 07 para 08/08, o AR-condicionado não estava funcionando bem, foi avaliado por um técnico e quando cheguei tarde da noite, o AR não estava funcionando bem ainda. Um calor terrível. Pedi para trocar o quarto e o hotel estava cheio. Tentaram outro hotel e não conseguiram. Nem ventilador tinham. Dormi com a janela aberta e uma noite péssima, horrível e sem conseguir dormir. Um absurdo. Lamentável. Disseram que iam compensar e não fizeram nada. Paguei normalmente. SOLICITO PROVIDÊNCIAS. Hoteis.com, deveria excluir esse hotel da lista ou penalizar de alguma forma.

Tem potencial, mas deixou a desejar.

Excelente localização. Quando chegamos (minha familia e eu), o quarto tinha poeira no chão e nos móveis. Mesmo com secador de cabelo no banheiro, o mesmo estava desligado. Fui informado que nenhum secador funciona e que estes seriam retirados dos quartos. Muito barulho nos quartos ao lado (hóspedes). Café da manhã médio para fraco. Sinal de WIFI bom em todos os ambientes. É um hotel "de passagem". Haviam folhas de vidros trincadas na area da recepção e restaurante, representando perigo para crianças e adultos. NÃO recomendo para famílias ou para quem quer 'descansar', pois há movimento a noite toda, atrapalhando o melhor do sono.

Chegamos no hotel com a reserva feita e não podemos entrar no quarto pq não estava limpo pq as camareiras não foram. Nos colocaram num hotel horrível para passarmos a noite. No dia seguinte entramos no hotel, e, vimos que o secador de cabelo que não funcionava, quando reclamamos o recepcionista disse que em todos os quartos do hotel não estavam funcionando os secadores. A água quente tb não funcionava, só se deixássemos ligado o chuveiro por meia hora antes. O split estava pingando no móvel. Tivemos que dormir com o barulho dos pingos. Não recomendo este hotel de forma alguma. Muito ruim a estadia. Café da manhã bem insatisfatório.
