"Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell."

"really comfortable stay - the cottage is cosy but has high ceilings so no banged heads and it doesn't feel cramped. beds really comfy. fantastic location - amazing walks from outside the front door. lovely pub in the village down the hill. and the owners run the tea room next door so left us a lovely plate of cakes on arrival! "

"Comfortable house we really enjoyed the stay"

"The property itself was ok but it is joined to a building site and all you hear is stihl saws loud music and shouting and swearing from the builders. The 9 pm noise curfew is a joke, bangra until the early hours. Stay Angels were no help at the point of complaint, nothing we can do was their mantra."

"A great location for the friends in Sheffield we were visiting, and an easy bus-ride from Sheffield train station. The flat itself was really clean, and there were plenty of the consumables we needed (coffee / tea / dishwasher tablets etc). There was a small supermarket close by too. On-street parking was a little tricky sometimes, and I found it odd that I had to pay a damage deposit and sign documentation outside the Expedia platform. However, apart from that it was a great stay - thanks!"

"I stayed in the Chatsworth Ensuite room while away on business and it was such a refreshing change from a tired, soulless room in a hotel chain. The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub. Homely touches like candles and real milk for a coffee means I hope this room will be available next time I travel. Clear instructions are provided ahead of your arrival for a seamless check in.
