"These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. "

"I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."

"The Botel was a fun place to stay during our friends European backpacking trip. There were three of us staying and the only issue we ran into was losing hot water in the shower pretty quickly and it takes quite a while for it to build back up. Other than that everything was great!"

"El lugar era agradable a una distancia de 5 min en coche de Bratislava, por lo q no sufría del bullicio del centro y se estaba tranquilo, parada de bus justo enfrente y otros servicios cerca como supermercados, gasolineras y zonas verdes. "Close to Old town, nice spacious rooms, well equipped. Gets light in the rooms in the AM and only a bath with shower head, but we really enjoyed the stay. Nice little pub right across the street. "
