"I think the hotel is ok, I will give 7 out of 10 rating. I like the location of the hotel, very close to old town. The room we had located on 1st floor, it’s very noisy as it’s on top of the pub. The room is basic, clean, it has carpeted floor, bit old looking and outdated. It has 2 fans but no air con. As it’s quite noisy at night, I have to close the windows to sleep, so it makes the room very hot, had to turn on the fan all night. Staffs are helpful."

"AVOID this place. First The door codes were sent to me 30min before the check in time, not at 8am. I was traveling internationally , so I didn’t know if I have the room or not, because no one was responding. The absolute Lack of communication. No one is on site to help you with raising issues. The sewage smell in the room was unbearable. The shower wasn’t draining , the plumber came after 10pm to fixit. I took a shower afterwords but at that time there wasn’t hot water. The mini fridge was...

"Avoid - you pay for the room and they won’t send check in instructions until you’ve paid again!! Clearly I wasn’t going to do this - problem is they then avoid all emails and pocket the bill. So poor."

"Ich kann nichts beurteilen. Der Sevice ist Respektlos, ich finde es eine Frechheit bei Anreise zu erfahren das kein Zimmer verfügbar ist und anscheinend eine Überbuchung vorliegt. Es wurde sich nicht bemüht ein Ersatzzimmer zu organisieren. Wir mussten mit einen 4 jährigen Kind in der Nacht nachhausefahren. "
