"Room clean and lovely view from the room located at garden side. No AC in room. Luckily we were there during lovely weather. Noisy in the AM from garbage trucks and other vehicles passing by. The road is immediately in front of hotel. Breakfast very nice. There's a front room with full windows allowing you to overlook the gorgeous lake while having breakfast. In the evening we sat on the terrace for a glass of wine and watched the lights come on over the lake. Staff very friendly!"

"Ein Traum! Das Hotel ist einfach klasse! Ich liebe den Wellnessbereich und das mega Frühstück! Inzwischen gibt es auch junges Personal am Empfang, welches wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Dies hat sich im Vergleich zum letzten Aufenthalt sehr positiv verändert."

"The man working at the desk put in the wrong email address for me. He didn't look at what I'd written down, but just assumed it was my whole last name. I don't know what was sent to the wrong address, but once he put the right one in I received an invoice that had my full name, my partner's full name, my home address, phone number and the last four digits of my credit card. This seems like a serious privacy/security breach. I'll have to constantly monitor my accounts to make sure there isn't...
