"Arrived to a room full of ants crawling all over the walls, bathroom counter and ceilings. Reported to Expedia and hotel front desk. Was charged for the night even though we had to leave and pay for a hotel end where and had not even unpacked and had only been on property more than 39 mins. Took me 2 days on vacation to fight the charges with the hotel and Expedia. It ruined my vacation. "

Customer service is superb!!!! Walk to Disney from here in 9 minutes or stay in to watch fireworks from the balcony here!!! I will stay at this incredible hotel anytime I’m visiting swing now! The stay is more than worth the price!!! "
