"I loved the fact that the property had so much kitchen utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker ect. Very different to the 3 useless pans at other accomodations I’ve stayed at in the past. Loved the privacy of the property. The quietness and the views! Only downside was the second room didn’t have bedding only a blanket on top. But other than that would definitely recommend and book here again. "

"This is a hard review because the property was very good. However, when we arrived, there was no key in the lock box and the house was unlocked. No one had communicated with us that there were any issues. We had to call to find out what was going on and a key was delivered to us 90 minutes later. The house smelled of pet urine. "Tassie. Woth no effective heater. The heat pump in the reverse cycle air con wasnt working. And known by the porotery management team (in writing). Left with non fit for purpose oil heaters etc. After advising was left to try and get resolution through hotels.com who were blocked at any refund by the sites management. "The front steps are in very poor repair. One of us nearly went thru one of the steps. My son didn't trust them and walked down the neighbours yard. Many light bulbs missing, doors hard to lock with front door only lockable with the deadbolt. The name seaview was nowhere to be seen as the sign clearly said'quarterdeck'. Tried to contact gail but never got a reply. "
