"I think they over compensated with pool chemicals to cover the fact that the pool and pool room, weren't as clean as they should have been. It was very strong smelling.The rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the lady handling the breakfast room was fabulous! I wish I would have caught her name to recognize her"

"The room was very nice, the free breakfast is excellent. That said, the walls are either very thin or I was just unlucky to be next to someone listening to the wee hours with TV volume super loud. I called the front desk 3 times. They called the room twice and knocked on the door, but the volume was left so loud I could not sleep until 1am. I had a 6am wakeup the next morning and was terribly sleepy for my all day meetings. I would not return stay and risk not being able to sleep again."

"Nice experience booking a last minute stay that’s close to CLE airport. I arrived rather late anr night and was welcomed warmly by front desk staff and told to let them know if I needed anything. A very basic breakfast is available at any time for travelers, not just a few morning hours. The hotel was clean and bright. As a female traveling solo, it felt safe and secure.
