"The management company were absolutely terrible, we had a broken fridge was not working. Not matter what we said, even after they said they attended themselves and then sent an engineer (we were not present both occasions) following morning. They reported it was working and said the only issue was that the exceptional hot weather may cause the fridge to not working! The freezer section was working so couldn't be the case. Anyway avoid at all costs"

"Absolutely exceptional property! Excellent location and was easy to get to. Communication between the hosts and myself was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and professional. The property was fabulous! Very very clean, everything about it was beautiful. I’m so jealous of the bathroom, I would love it in my own home!

"the room was okay but it smelt like damp and thier was quite a lot of black mould behind the sofa"

We were disappointed that there was no freezer in the apartment, which is useful when you are self catering. Also, we had 2 cars and parking was only available for one car. We paid for...

"The room was clean. The apartment was specious and full of light. It's a 30min walk to the main high street/Gloucester cathedral. Big plus is that the apartment comes with a parking space. There are two bathrooms."
