I was having connectivity issues with wifi on my phone, so her not being permitted to help me made it stressful. Once the checkin was complete, all was good!"

"It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days! "

"I sttayed here for convenience, space and the fact I could park a car. So it fits my needs. Without a car it would be maybe fro someone staying a long time in the city or so. The area is a little run down but the super market around the corner is perfectly stocked. For certain travelers it is perfect. "

BTW, they can store your luggage before check in and after checkout if your plane or train arrive early or leave later then the regular check-in or checkout hours."
