"Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

"Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. "I recently stayed at your 2-bedroom property in Sudbury, and I wanted to share my experience. The location was convenient, and the property itself was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and pots and pans, plus complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very good, which made it easy to stay connected.
