"The state was great the property was under reconditioning they were painting our side we had construction equipment out from the inside was beautiful one bedroom vanity very comfortable with the fact that they were reconditioning the outside the stairwells there was furniture out in the stairwells you have just felt it on the balcony because of the bathrooms all scraped down and paint chipped everywhere’s so I’ll take a picture"
