"When we checked in we were told the hotel doesn’t allow locals (within a 60 mile radius). They knew my address when I booked so why wasn’t I told then. I said we had to get a shuttle at 4:30am so she said then it’s ok. Our room was very far from the front entrance and we were unable to use the phone and couldn’t connect to the wifi.
