"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"

"From the moment we arrived to Zamocek Suzanne cordially welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character. "Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything"
