"The staff were excellent and helpful. The other guest were great to be around and were pleasant to be around. Having wrigley field literally a blog away helped with travel time to games. Only downside was that they were children’s bunkbeds and you couldn’t sit up or on the side. But otherwise well worth it"

"It’s an easy self-check-in process, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe adding a refrigerator to the rooms (and perhaps a microwave) would definitely enhance the guest experience. The coffee corner is nice, but having a refrigerator and offering fresh milk there would make it even better. Overall, I would certainly consider booking this hotel again in the future."

"This is a beautiful hotel that has old charm with modern amenities. I love that there a several options for food in the hotel and lots of great businesses and blue line access near by. The room wasn't huge but it was beautiful, comfortable and the beds were absolutely wonderful. A small complaint for me would be that do I wish the pool was larger. "I loved it all. Brought my 5 year old grandson Mateo and they catered to him including their kid room key card , a treasure chest choice, a hat and stuffed animal and his own kid sized robe. He spilled some food in restaurant and we apologized profusely, but they waved it off saying they were family friendly. Loved the pool, loved the hot tub, loved how kind and friendly staff was"
