"We arrived to find little containers of milk in the fridge, as the room was not service daily these were not supplied again. Having to make the bed myself when I am paying a lot of money for the room is very disappointing. The TV had no sound and had to watch the news in silence. I managed to find some staff in the carpark, the young man was friendly and helpful but did say that it had happened before and that you had to press some button on the back of the TV. "I have stayed at the Caboolture Riverlakes 3 times now, with a 4th already planned. The staff id always incredibly freindly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable with everything you could need. The property is easy to access with a great location, central to nearly anything you want to experience visiting Australia. They even gave us a discount card for the zoo! Overall I never come to Australia without booking a room at this alestablushment for at least a night or two."

"Very comfortable beds. Large size rooms with everything you need to an overnight stay. Loved the concept of the security lock on the glass doors, felt very secure and safe. Very clean and all staff were very welcoming and friendly."

"The room was noisy. Could hear dog barking in one of rooms, a kid crying in night in another. Parking was super tight. Room clean."

"The property was close to town and spacious We had the executive room,the carpets are old , needs repainting and the bed was very hard. The breakfast was good lots of choices but needs to go longer them finishing at 9 The kids like the jumping pillow"

"Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep."

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The evening meal was nice and the chef was fast. The only thing wrong was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but we were there on a weekend so probably no maintenance available. The did offer to change our room."
