"Our three-day trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t stay here! The owners are beautiful people and they were great hosts, they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay! Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!"

"I visited prior to an appointment at the US Embassy. This was a perfect place to get my head down and within walking distance of the Embassy. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was really good"

"It's a decent hotel in an interesting area of London. Good spacious room, excellent breakfast and Italian restaurant on ground floor. Good rooftop bar. The pool, though, is tiny and the decor is a little tired. Lovely, helpful staff throughout."

"My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. After eventually getting in, I was too tired to even utilise the facilities I had paid for like having a proper shower. Even then, there was...

"We had ample space in the room for our family. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. Idk if there was a/c or a fan but it felt great and out of the 5 places we stayed during our travels was the coolest temperature wise. We were visiting during “the hottest weather in ages” Would recommend and would stay again."

"I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. "The advert for the apartment didn’t match reality. Lots of things didn’t work ie bedside charging table in main bedroom, lamp in bedroom, the sofa bed is missing one leg and the other is about to fall off, no kitchen towel or kitchen roll the second bed was not luxury foam as described, no mirrors in the apartment etc etc We very dissatisfied with the place"
