The staff was extremely nice and the I loved the location of the hotel. Close to public transportation and walking distance to parliament square

Wonderful staff. Great location that was within walking distance for us to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, and the Uber boats on the Thames. Would definitely stay again.
