"The sheets were clean but not much else. Bathroom was full of mold, faucets installed backwards, rough towels, cracked and peeling cabinets."

"For our purposes this was the ideal location for business and visiting family. We have stayed in Aloft properties before and expected minimalism, but... only four hangers? And there was no housekeeping service during a five-night stay. I had to ask for towels on the third day, that were delivered while we were out, but dirty towels were not picked up nor was the bed made (ever). :( The indoor pool is great, and the bar/lounge area is very nice but general hotel experience was lacking."

"Staff and services were all excellent. No breakfast included but there are lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t want anything at the on site restaurant/breakfast buffet. The facilities are up to date and clean. There is plenty to parking as well."

"Bed was a little firmer than I like. The shower door didn't stay closed without sticking a washcloth in it and was missing a handle.. the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent. The basic hotel breakfast. Pool was nice a little chilly but my grandkids had fun in it."

"-The property was never the best thru the years but has gone down hill in every aspect over the last few years, there is a micro wave in the lobby that I can guarantee has never been cleaned since day one , nothing works, ice maker, pool has been not open for the last several years. "I really loved the location and the staff was wonderful, especially the gentleman working the overnight shift. However, I was a little disappointed by the "breakfast buffet" as there weren't many options compared to other places I've stayed. Also, the pool and rooms themselves were a lot smaller than the pictures suggest. Despite the awesome location I personally wouldn't stay there again."
