Fabulous people who run this hotel, a great location. If you are there to ski it’s the best deal anywhere around the ski area, and the gondola is within walking distance.

Hotel fica localizado no centro da cidade, possui estacionamento e restaurante no local. O hotel é bastante antigo, e deixou a desejar na limpeza.. vimos sujeira e teias de aranha pelo hotel. A recepção era um pouco bagunçada, mas os funcionários foram receptivos.

Le cadre général est très joli, la salle de réception magnifique, les chambres ont besoin d'un très gros rafraichissement, et la literie est à revoir (creux dans le matelas).

Het hotel is flink gedateerd. De deur van onze hotelkamer kon niet dicht. Vloerbedekking was vol met vlekken. Het was er erg gehorig en veel geluid op de gang. Locatie is wel mooi en stadje is gezellig en verzorgd.

1st time ski trip and loved this place

I would 100% stay there again! The owners are so friendly, the staff is so helpful, the rooms are big and comfortable, everything very clean. It was my first time skiing and I couldn’t have asked for a better location - easy access to the gondola, loads of ski rentals around, and a short drive to places like Chamonix and Grenoble (make sure you get snow tires if you go there in the winter... very dangerous without it). I highly recommend!

Rude staff, old hotel.

After arriving slightly early, rang buzzer for 20 minutes but couldn't enter reception as the hotel was locked. Hotel and room was generally okay - just old, not overly inviting, needs a refurb. Bar closes at 11pm so after a long day of working and wanting to relax in the bar; we were told to leave abruptly. Again, when checking out, had to wait 15 minutes in reception for staff to help. Overall, the stay was average but let down by rude, unaccommodating staff.

Vraiment pas terrible pour un 3* ...

Point positif : qualité de la literie Points négatifs : . aération de la chambre et de la salle de bain insuffisante (sauf à dormir la baie ouverte !) , entraînant des coulures d'eau sur les murs et les baies vitrées et par voie de conséquence de la moisissure se développe sur les boiseries des baies. . salle de bain : accès au petit radiateur difficile et radiateur totalement encombré par la poussière... Sans compter la couleur jaune des murs , pas terrible (question de "goût", certainement!) . impossible de se connecter au réseau wifi de l'hôtel (interminable temps d'attente pour récupération de l'adresse IP) . petit déjeuner de base (10€/pers) de qualité très médiocre
