"Great clean hotel, there is a restaurant in the hotel and next door. But other than that there isn’t anything in walking distance. Overall would recommend. They also have free shuttles to the airport available."
"Good location. It's just unfortunate that the area is a bit dead after the volcano explosion. The place is very spacious. There was more than enough room for eight people and there only three of us. Laundry facility would have been nice since there is none in the area. Overall it was a good lodging. Would book again given the chance."

"Keflavik Micro Suites exceeded our expectations in just about every way. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was similarly clean with heated floors and towel rack. There were ample and convenient electrical sockets and light controls. And the food left for breakfast in the mini-fridge was a pleasant surprise. The location is great as a less than 10 minute drive to the airport with several convenient restaurants within walking distance. This is a perfect place to stay the night before...
"The exterior of Hotel Jazz honestly had me wondering if I’d made a mistake in booking here to have proximity to KEF airport for my early flight. But the inside was clean and professional looking, with the things we needed (mini-fridge, desk, comfortable clean beds, an elevator). This hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms, fyi.

"Little scary with no staff and being entirely self service, but they answer email questions quickly. Location is spectacular and you’d pay >$500 a night if this was US. Great restaurant on site and within walking distance. Also great you can check out and leave bags for the afternoon while killing time before going to airport. "

The upstairs is an A-frame room and there are stairs to the upstairs unit, and to the loft. This could be a positive for privacy, if you are young and agile. We slept on the hide-a-bed on the main floor and found it comfortable.
