"We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. It was impossible for him to accept that room because it was not possible to sleep 4 people in one king size bed. So, at 10:30 PM...

"Staff was helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. I dropped a item on the floor and was able to see under the AC unit it was filthy, looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. I've stayed at this property before and was satisfied. I would return however I will check room for clean standards. Not crazy with dogs in hotels but that's the way of the world."
