"Friendly staff at check-in, breakfast, and checkout! Awesome late pool hours until 11pm! Love the later noon checkout time. The only thing I thought was strange was no bag liners in the trash cans. Between diapers, food wrappers, etc, they were messy."

"We were told over the phone that we could get an early check in and we drove 6 hrs only to be told upon arrival that they were not allowing early check in that day because of having been booked up the night before and needed more time to clean rooms. We shopped around to take up time and were eventually able to get into our room 1/2 hr early. Felt weird that the check in guy followed us into the hallway and watched us get into our room. "Nice they had refreshments available. Disappointed we couldn’t make any of the kickbacks and drinks. Our fault. Would’ve been nice if coffee was available all day like pop"

"We were not apprised of the “rooms are cleaned every 3 days” policy. The bedding was never changed and we had to request towels for the room. We requested service for the duration of the stay which was not honored. This resulted an uncomfortable stay.Also the toilet flush handle needed replacement but a fix was improvised with electrical tape."

"Didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were in town for Sonic Temple 2026, BUT…the Check-In was quick and impressively friendly! That friendliness did not end there. I do not know if we saw an employee without a smile plastered on their face. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning.
