"Staff was rude and not helpful. Room smelled bad like dirty socks and they did nothing to improve smell. Breakfast taste like rubber. Pool are very small not like picture. All cleaning staff latino and did not speak English or understand English "

"Well, there was a fire alarm in the middle of one night, and atrocious breakfasts. After 5 nights there, I finally asked for fresh towels because the room was never serviced."

"Convenient to the OSU Wexner facility. Offered a great rate for a couple night stay. Didnt utilize any amenities other than the Snacks in the lobby which were insanely high. $8.00 for an ice cream bar. We didn’t eat the breakfast offered at 7.95 a person but it looked good. Only complaint with our room was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. It was very clean & was what we expected for the price. "

"Parking was easy except it is dog friendly and i am all for dogs but a rather large dog pooped in the grass by my door and I walked right thru it. Gross not the hotels fault. They did give me cleaning supplies to clean my floor being i tracked it into my room. It was never picked up. It was very close to zoo and downtown dublin and we still had a lovely time. Our soap was barely filled and the ice was kinda far to retreive but for the price i could walk it! The staff was super nice and friendly!"

"While trying to check in the man at the front desk seemed confused that we had booked online and had to make 2 phone calls. After receiving pur room key, we get.to our room and they didnt work, which i think the man at the feont desk knew because he was there 2 seconds later to use his key to let us in. "The staff overall was the most sweetest staff I have ever dealt with. Ready to answer questions and amazingly accommodating. The room was excellent. We booked the suite and it didn't disappoint. Pool was clean, a little smallish but made up for it with part of it being outdoors. The food was phenomenal and included free drinks and hot dinner every evening. Totally worth it! Will be booking with Drury again. "
