"Amazing stay in a very central location clean and very quiet. The toiletries were very strong fennel/aniseed flavour which you either love or hate if you hate it take your own is my advice. Other than that perfect stay xx "

"The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

"Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great"

"Really lovely place! I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this hotel, as places in England can be hit or miss, but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s in a beautiful historic location. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of room for my family of four. The jacuzzi was nice and warm. "We’ve been to the Burstin many times over the years, we particularly like staying in the balcony rooms. It does urk me though that you seem to be unable to request a balcony room when booking. They are always lumped in with the other Sea view rooms and it’s getting to be more frequent that we are unsuccessful in being allocated one. "
