"Awful stay. We have been travelling all over Alberta for 1.5 weeks and this is our 8th hotel in 1.5 weeks. This is the only hotel that I am writing a bad review. No one answers the phone when I tried calling for over an hour prior to arriving to the hotel. Then had to wait almost an hour in line to be checked in, only 1 person at the desk with 8-10 people waiting to be checked in. I called for over an hour continuously after arriving in my room with my 2 young kids as there are only 2 towels!!...

"The dirty underwear in the hide-a-bed set the tone for the first few hours of the stay. Upon opening the hide-a-bed finding crumbs added to this experience. Luckily the staff were very helpful in coming to remove the dirty underwear. They also brought new sheets. The staff were quite helpful and quick upon check-in. The parking was easy. Access to luggage carts was good and they were in good repair. It is accessible to gas stations and quick serve restaurants. Also down the road from Calgary...
