"I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again."

"Was a very mediocre experience. The slider to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. My husband had to yank it open so I could get out. The light around the mirror was strobing so bad I thought I might have a seizure. Last was breakfast. I asked the front desk if dogs were allowed in the restaurant area, he said yes. We went in, were told to seat ourselves by the waitress who 100% saw our dog. We proceeded to wait 15 min to put in our order and then she says, you know dogs aren’t...
