"Air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly during the day and the room was warm. Staff said it would be fixed but it remained an issue. Air conditioner was also very loud. Hotel is relatively unclean, poorly maintained, and not characteristic of the photos in advertisement. Definitely would have left if the reservation was refundable and won’t stay here again."

"I waited a hour and 15 to check in because no rooms was available and it was a concert night I was late because of them! The housekeeping staff was short and staff was arguing amongst each other.
