"Great spacious room, super comfy bed. Really friendly and helpful staff, free parking and an easy walk to get something to eat and to the shopping outlet. The shower does make the whole bathroom wet if not careful but again, lots of space. Definitely worth the money and would stay again in a heartbeat!"
"We stayed for one night - on our way back from the south of France - in a family room. It was good - room well set up for a family and didn’t feel like you were all on top of each other (the two single beds were proper beds, and there was a fifth camp bed type one as well). Decent shower room. Hotel felt safe and secure - free car park with security gate in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The Boullion Marcel restaurant - 30 seconds walk away - is excellent."
"Secure parking, great restaurant attached to the hotel. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. Really helpful staff. Will be staying again. Good value for money."
"L’immeuble est d’origine ce qui fait son charme. Mais je ne crois pas que c’est un 5 étoiles.
Le déjeuner pour deux personnes a coûté €30 et le lait pour le café c’était du lait condensé.
Le lavabo de la salle de bain sentait les vieux égouts."

"Brilliantly quirky hotel in the beautiful town of Troyes. Feels like stepping back in time with the beautiful ornate furniture and original features. Our superior room was lovely 4 poster bed and recently refurbished bathroom. A lovely stay and very helpful staff. Great parkign even for our large car and trailer whilst inbetween camping stops.
Thanks so much to the staff"

"Great location for exploring the city (easy to find near the Cathedral). Lovely rooms although no small sink in the separate toilets.
Staff very helpful although in the bar often stretched due to demands.
Lovely breakfast (you can order eggs) but surprisingly only bar snacks in the evening.
Would stay again as we didn’t get time to try the spa."
