"Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. "The hotel's spa was a great place to relax after a day's walking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and evening meals were very good. The hotel was situated within easy walking of other restaurants and the start of hiking paths We would stay again if visiting Flims-Wildhaus."
