"Nice sized room with a sofa that was a great touch. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Keurig in the room, which was a great feature as I was there for 4 nights. The evening staff was very kind. I was there while I was working night shift so I didn’t interact with the day shift staff often, so I cannot comment on their helpfulness. It is a quiet location, right next to an interstate on ramp so getting places was simple. The only downside is that the hotel is dated and a bit run down on the floors and in the room. That is a minor downside as everything is in working condition and available. Overall it was the best lodging that I had while working in Providence. I had been using Airbnb, which was so awful that I have completely sworn off that platform for life. So thank you, Holiday Inn for salvaging my experience. "

"For an overnight stay after a late arrival, it was a great hotel. Room was well appointed and clean, staff was helpful, and breakfast was good. Also, I used the fitness center for about an hour, and found it well equipped, clean, and very useful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Although this is a Wyndham property, it is an old property in need of some updating patching walls, painting it a little brighter that type of thing and I believe the manager was the reason for the five stars because when I went in with my complaints, he did send people out right away to straighten it out so that made it to stay worthwhile other than that like I said Wyndham really needs to update that building"
