"Location was awesome. Two minute walk to the River Walk. Very central to a lot of attractions. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Bed and linens very clean and comfortable. Welcomed us with a fruit and cheese charcuterie board. As far as the negatives, they charge you $22 per day on top of what you already paid as a hotel fee. You can use that as a credit towards meals in the onsite restaurant, but who wants to eat in the same place everyday. Overall all the fixtures and decor seem dated/tired. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because they advertised an onsite spa. There is not one. If I would have known that I would have chosen a different place to stay. "

"Staff was super helpful and went above a beyond in getting us a second room. Food was great! Location was perfect!!! 10 out of 10!!!"

"The room smelled old. There were roaches. The shower head was caked with calcium. The tub was badly stained and worn. The mattresses were old and needed replacing. There was a sink hole in the middle of the mattress. We had to sleep on the floor. The bowed shower curtain rod was drooping in a weird way that made the curtain want to bunch up in the middle. In the middle of the night some kids banged on our door and ran away. Where was security?"

"I truly enjoyed my stay! The staff was friendly, house keeping made sure my room clean and neat every day. If I had a con, it would be that the shower is completely open and you have to lay towels down on the floor in order to stop the whole floor from being completely wet. My room came with a microwave, refrigerator, iron/iron board. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash made by Dove and the bottles were completely full. I literally didn't have to use my own personal products. I will definitely choose this hotel again!!"
