"We had such a great stay at Paskins, what a great location and being a slightly quirky guest house, it had character. Such a helpful host, they even arranged parking for us and we got parked on same street!! (£20 for 24 hrs - very reasonable for central Brighton. ) Helpful message about booking in if after 7 but our host even helped carry our bags up the stairs! Good job cos a few flights up! Our room was just what we needed for a reasonably priced couple nights away. Thank you."

The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched.
