Great hotel with surprisingly expansive spa. Perfect location for seafront and the lanes, but sea facing rooms can be noisy on weekend nights so consider this when picking the room
The first room we were allocated was right opposite a nightclub and we got no sleep until 4 am in the morning. We made a complaint and reception moved us to a better room which was really nice room and quiet . The first room was very tired and a bit shabby the second room was really nice but it was an upgrade. We had breakfast each morning. The continental breakfast was better than the cooked breakfast. The staff were very slow and not very attentive. We had one meal in the restaurant and it was very good. I was disappointed that it was Card only ….. would I stay there again ? ….no
Loved this hotel, thought It was cheeky having to pay a daily rate to swim with a child when you can only swim at two times.
Also cheeky I was charged for an early check in which they did not let me know I had to pay for until they gave me the key. I would have dropped my bags and come back.
The refrigerator made loud noises in the middle of the night.
A wonderful room with a super view and binoculars to look at the sea 🌊
Very friendly staff too.

Great location - on the Brighton beach front and close to The Lanes for a wide range of food and drink.
Hotel not up to the Harbour Hotel group standard - tired and scruffy around the edges.
Arrived after published checkin time but room not ready - which was a problem as had a timed ticket entry to concert. Offered complimentary drink by way of apology, which was nice, however would have much preferred to have been able to access the room.
Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Complimentary G&T in the room was a very nice touch!
Breakfast was good but service was extremely slow. Had to wait a good 30 mins for tea and coffee to arrive and about an hour for our cooked breakfast. It wasn’t busy.
Lovely hotel with a great view. We had a corner suite and the welcome gin was appreciated, shame only the tonic was replaced on day 2. Room service was delicious. Be warned it is £10 per person per day to use the spa if you haven't booked direct - this is hidden away on the hotel description (unlike other charges which were easy to see up front!)
Lovely spa hotel with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were excellent—especially the pool and sauna. Staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to unwind—I’d definitely visit again. Great sea front view.
Hotel is clean and tidy, with lovely staff.
The spa itself was a huge bonus at a hotel, the
only downside I have is that there are a good few steps in this hotel, some quite tricky steps down to the lower level spa, but it was lovely clean and very relaxing. Can get quite busy.
The check-in was quick and easy. The view from the room was better than expected. A lovely place to stay if you want to be close to the city action...and the beach.
I stayed in a single “cosy” room which was tiny but really comfortable and exactly what I needed. Very clean room and lovely bathroom. I visited the spa which is very nice, breakfast was also lovely. It’s also in a great location right on the seafront and super close to all of the shops and not far from the station. I would stay here again
Superb place to stay, was throughly enjoyable great place and location, spa was good. Everything about it was good

View from the room was outstanding! Definitely worth visiting the hotel for this. Big comfy bed also. Location great on the seafront.
Could hear noise from outside / other guests, but personally this didn't bother me.
Hotel in general is tired around the edges, could do with a spruce up especially for the price you pay. Disappointing dinner in the restaurant - much better on offer in Brighton, would venture out.
