"Bathroom covered in black mould, slept on my towel as bedsheets were dirty. Stains on carpet, skirting boards covered in dust, mirror was dirty. Also found a dirty nail clipping in the room. Our room was above a garden where we could hear staff on their phones, watching football and chatting away ..."
