Clean and well kept property 10-15 minutes walk to Fortitude Valley Station. Which means on a Friday or Saturday night you do have to walk past the drunk, passed out and throwing up on the way back to the hotel. But a nice hotel. Parking is cramped and restricted by numerous A/C ducts. A few places to eat nearby or a walk to James Street for a group of nice places to eat.

This is a top spot to stay in Brisbane

This hotel was a great place to stay. With all the mod cons at your fingertips and most importantly, the air conditioner for the warm days in Brisbane. It was not on at my arrival but I turned it on and went to get some dinner and upon my return it was at a nice temperature. The hotel features a bar and had all the brands of drink that you know and love. The location is close to many restaurants and shops, with a grocery store nearby. However, the shining light was the staff. Management should be commended for the professional attitude and welcoming optic shown to myself and many visitors to the hotel. Even when I asked for an ironing board as there was none in my room. The person delivered was from the front desk and it was not too much trouble for then to complete this request. Definitely staying here again on my next trip to Brisbane
