Hi, I had a look at your booking request and you requested a room upstairs that facing the road. Regarding your late check out, due to the high volume of occupancy we limit the late check out so our housekeeping staff will have time to clean the rooms by 2pm. Hi Anne, we are very sorry we were not able to meet your expectations for your stay. It is our primary concern to meet the best possible level of service for all guests who stay with us. The room you stayed in was not one of our standard rooms however, as you were checked into a "Deluxe Queen and Single" room. As per standard hotel procedure, we take a 100 bond which is refunded after checkout to cover any incidentals or room service which may be charged to the room. The bond is a normal procedure which is present in many other hotels, and information about the bond is located on all booking platforms. Again, we apologise that our hotel did not meet your expectations and we hope that you understand your feedback is highly appreciated and goes into making our hotel an even greater place.
