Great property with a relaxing pool area. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and my early check in was accommodated. Front desk staff was both professional and eager to offer assistance. Nice, clean hotel and room. Beautiful spa room - clean and comfortable. I cant comment on the pool or sauna as due to our very last check in we unfortunately missed getting to use the actual “resort”. My only issues were: - check in which was 2.5 hours late - we didn’t receive our “special occasion gifts” in our room which we had been specifically told were in there ready for us.
