Upon check-in I had to submit my e-mail address for tickets but never received anything. Room was a bit small but OK and with a great view. Restaurant terrace and view excellent. Received a nice token birthday gift which was thoughtful. Staff members were all very friendly. Second night, someone in the neighborhood was blasting loud music all night, which cut into sleeping time. That was unfortunate. Overall, our stay was good.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel ,abseits des ganzen Trubels. Etwas kleines Zimmer, für Kurzurlab io. Alles funktional eingerichtet. Parkplätze zu klein und kostenpflichtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,bemüht und kompetent,super. Nachtessen und Frühstück auf der traumhaften Terasse hervorragend.

Grimt hotel med fantastisk udsigt

Værelset stank fra kloakken. Det blev ikke bedre af at bruge vandet. Hårtørreren virkede kun 2 minutter og brændte varm. Hvorefter den ikke kunne bruges i 1/2 time. Sur dame ved morgenmaden fordi jeg gerne vil have koldt vand ikke det lunkne der stod fremme (kun juice var kold). Meget miljøvenlig brunt, tyndt toiletpapir. Men fantastisk flot udsigt og lækker pool

Schöne 3 Tage mit fantastischer Aussicht

Es ist ein schönes Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht sei es vom Restaurant, der Bar oder Zimmer aus. einfach fantastisch dise Aussicht! 👍👍👍 Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und zweckgerecht eingerichtet. Auch sehr bequeme Betten. 👍 Der Service ist auch ausgezeichnet. Alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Gastronomipersonal ist sehr schnell, freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und erfüllt einem nach Möglichkeit jeden Wunsch.👍👍 Ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffed mit genügend Auswahl. Das Abendessen war sensationell. Wäre absolut 5 Sterne wert!! 👍👍👍😃😃😃 Wir waren leider nur drei Nächte dort und hatten keine Geilegenheit den schönen Pool zu benuzen weil wir tagsüber Schifffahrten unternahmen. Das war auch sehr schön. Man ist in 10 min an der Schiffsanlegestelle vom Hotel aus wenn man den richtigen Treppenweg benuzt. Es gibt sicher 3-4 verschidene Wege und Treppen zum See und Zentrum herunter. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für Alles.😃😘

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte gar nicht.

Zimmer und Badezimmer waren mässig sauber; die Wände waren kahl; die Gestaltung der Räume rudimentär. Die Aussicht wurde durch das trostlose Vordach und das hervorstehende Nebengebäude (Hauptgebäude?) des Hotels getrübt. Frühstück und das Frühstückspersonal waren sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte gar nicht.

Hôtel magnifique, la vue est incroyable un personnel au top. On y mange super bien au restaurant de l’hôtel. Une belle piscine avec une vue superbe. Un parc botanique pour les amoureux de la nature. L’emplacement idéal près de tout et à 5 min en voiture de la frontière italienne. Je reviendrais merci pour tout ! 🍀 un moment reposant et superbe !

Wunderschöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Super Aussicht auf See. Personal top: sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und zuvorkommend. Einzige Kritik war die Wärme im Zimmer. Der Ventilator vermag das zimmer nicht zu kühlen und war sehr laut.

+ schöner Poolbereich, gute Lage, 24h Selbstbedienungsecke für Snacks und Getränke (Preise frei wählbar), freundliches Personal, Willkommensgetränk, gutes Hotel für Familien mit Kinder - keine Klimaanlage (schlafen eher schwierig bei den Temperaturen), Essen und Getränke im Hotel eher teuer, Tiefgarage vorhanden, jedoch auch eher teuer, Schimmel in der Dusche, Zimmer über Kino sehr laut bis ca. 23.00 Uhr

Otroligt fint läge med allt du behöver. Hela familjen stortrivdes. Fantastiskt frukostbuffé med det lilla extra. Spel och lekrum för barnen och en bra restaurang. Det som va mindre bra, det saknades AC på rummet. Vi hade bokat ett rum mer sjöutsikt vilket vi fick men större delen av utsikten bestod av en grusplan vilket va tråkigt.

Eine absolut tolles, sehr freundliches Hotel

Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war hervorragend. Auch zu erwähnen sind die Pinse. Eine echt gute Idee und sehr lecker 👍 das Hotel liegt am Hang mit einer super Aussicht. Pool, Poolbar, Massage haben wir ebenfalls genutzt. Auch für Familien ist es sehr empfehlenswert. Für Kinder hat es jede Menge Möglichkeiten, wie zB Spielplatz innen und aussen, Kinderpool, Kinderkino usw. Parkplätze hat's genug. Die Ticino-Card ist auch was tolles, was es beim Aufenthalt gratis dazu gibt. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da.

Es war wunderbar, ein totaler Glücksgriff. Wir kannten den Ort und das Hotel nicht. Ein gutes Gleichgewicht zwischen Familien und Paaren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum. Für Veganer ist es aber nicht so toll. Wunderschöne Sicht auf den See und bis ins Detail gepflegter Park. So eine schöne Anlage. Modernes Hotel mit guten Ideen und Liebe zu Details. Wir planen jetzt jedes Jahr zu kommen. Italien ist ganz nah und ideal um abends essen zu gehen. Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Restaurant, das immer ausgebucht war. Vielleicht schaffen wir es nächstes Jahr da zu essen.
