"The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the hot tube was out of order but the heated pool was a great temperature. The gym equipment was a good setup on great condition."

"White Springs Manor is a beautiful, historic, bed and breakfast, located in a nice area, about 2 miles from Belhurst Castle, where the breakfast is actually provided. We found the mansion and surrounding property nicely maintained, quiet, and while we felt it was clean, we couldn't help but notice a foul odor coming from a small garbage can, immediately upon entering the vestibule of the mansion. The lodging and amenities were adequate. White Springs Manor deserves a bit more TLC, however. If the mansion could be thoroughly cleaned, windows washed inside and out, updated a bit with the carpeting and in the vending machine space, even polished, it could possibly be an outstanding property, where people would want to return to time and time again. As for us, one visit was enough. Thank you."

"Staff was wonderful! Facilities are a bit worn. It has seen better days. The parking is weird, no place to park close enough to the front door. One of the elevators was not working so long wait to use the one that was working. Ice machines not on each floor and the one that was supposed to be on the 5th floor didn’t work. Definitely needs an upgrade but not a horrible place to stay. Room was clean but worn. I’d give it a 7/10 but 10/10 for staff."
