We even included a special request for a pet-friendly room when making the reservation. When we arrived to check in, we were told they do not allow pets under any circumstances and that we couldn’t stay. "Older place with outside door parking. The room was okay has had some renovations done new paint, floors the beds were comfy. Not much room between the wall of the bathroom and bed."

"The room was really dirty, shower clearly not cleaned and bathroom counters had dirt and dust that was not cleaned. Hot tub wasn't working and this is why we booked over another with out a hot tub. Not clean enough to stay again. Nice staff but need better standards,"

"We were in Nelson for a medical appointment and forgot all of our paperwork! The front desk happily printed quite a large package and when I tried to pay, they refused my money! They were all nice, the room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again!"
