"We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."

"Good stay, the hotel is very modern, great breakfast, good coffee, good location, next to coop, next to bars and restaurants, bus stop outside, The concierge when checking in was very brief and rude like he didn’t want to talk to us, no eye contact, no information given other than what room we were in, overall good stay just one member of staff being unhelpful."
