"Most everything was fine, clean, and up-to-date with plenty of electrical outlets, etc. I have to say something about the shower in the bathroom, however. Its shape was a narrow rectangle with the showerhead on the long side so that you could not back away from it. It sprayed against a flimsy cloth curtain that was creepy to back up against. "The property was one one the cleanest we have stayed in. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. Our room was a cut above in space, cleanliness, with typical amenities - refrigerator and coffee maker with supplies. The bathroom was larger than most and the best part is my wife even said the bed slept wonderfully and it was probably the best bed/mattress that we've used. Check out was a breeze. If all Springhill's are this nice and professional we will have found our new...

"The room was somewhat clean. A lot of wear and tear throughout the hotel, (furniture, flooring & floor trim where carpet was removed and left bare and carpet glue exposed.
Air conditioning could have been better, slow at cooling off room.
Staff were helpful, and provided any extra towels we requested.
The hotel had a horrible smell throughout. It smelled like the hotel was old and stuffy, maybe even moldy. Usually when you enter a hotel, the first thing that hits you is the pleasant smell....
